Schedule Details

Day 1 Airport Pickup from Nairobi:
  • You'll be met by a driver who will take you to your accommodation in Nairobi.
  • You'll have the opportunity to try some delicious Kenyan cuisine in the capital city.

 

  • Pick up at 2 PM from the airport
  • Drive to Hotel: Serverine Cottages
  • Check in
  • Refresh for 2 hours
  • Dinner at Habeesha Restaurant

Day 2 Lake Naivasha

Lake Naivasha

  • You'll take a boat cruise on this freshwater lake, which is home to a variety of birdlife and hippopotamuses. Walk arround the lake surrounded by wild animals

 

Hell's Gate National Park:

  • You'll embark on a bike tour through this scenic park, taking in the dramatic landscape and geothermal activity, including the hot springs.

 

  • At 7 20 drive towards lake Naivasha for 2.5 hours
  • Stop for 25 mins at a coffee shop and toilet
  • Start the day by a 15 mins walk at Lake naivasha surrounded by wild animals
  • Get into the boat for a nice ride in the lake to see hippos and birds for 1 hour
  • Drive 10 mins to hell's gate national  park to start the amazing cycling journey.
  • 90 mins cycling safari surrounded by wild animals
  • Followed by 20 mins Walk in the jungle for a very beautiful view point
  • The bus will take us to a natural hot spring pool, lunch and spend 90 mins swimming and relaxing
  • Drive back to the hotel Dinner at the hotel
  • Over night

Day 3 Kereita Forest
  • You'll go on a guided hiking tour through the lush, forested area, exploring the Kereita Forest Botanical Garden and enjoying thrilling activities like ziplining and planting a tree

 

  • At 9 AM drive 1 hour to Kereita forest for activities
  • 45 mins hiking

Day 4 Kiambethu Tea Farm
  • You'll tour the historic tea plantation, learn about the tea-making process, and have the chance to sample the locally-grown tea.

 

  • Pick up at 9:30 AM
  • Drive 1 hour to Kiambethu tea
    plantation
  • Arrive at 11am and over a cup of tea or coffee the history of the farm and process of making tea is informally explained, followed by an opportunity to see tea in the field.
  • Then take a walk in the indigenous forest with a guide who will identify the plants and explain how they are traditionally used.
  • Look out for the Colobus monkeys close up and wander in the gardens which are home to a wide variety of birds and flowers.
  • Return to pre-lunch drink on the Verandah with sweeping views across the tea fields to the Ngong Hills.
  • Lunch is served about 1pm and the house to enjoy a is a three course buffet lunch from our set menu prepared with vegetables from the garden and desserts are topped with cream from the herd of Channel Island cows.
  • After lunch drive towards Narok at Zebu Lodge
  • Check in
  • Dinner at the lodge

Day 5 Masai Mara Game Drive
  • At 5 you will start the ride to Masai Mara National Reserve.
  • You'll embark on an extensive game drive through this famous wildlife reserve, where you'll have the opportunity to spot the Big Five (lions, leopards, elephants, rhinos, and buffalo) as well as other fascinating animals in their natural habitat.

 

  • Pick up at 4: 45 AM
  • Drive 1:15 to Massai Mara gate
  • Rise early and begin your day with a game drive through the famous as the sun rises, spot the "Big Five" and countless other species roaming the vast grasslands.
  • Exploring deeper into the reserve, observing the resident wildlife in their natural habitats. Your expert guide will provide fascinating insights about the animals' behaviors and ecology.
  • By 1pm, start making your way back, stopping for any last wildlife sightings before returning to your lodge or camp.
  • Reflect on the incredible experiences of the morning spent immersed in the beauty of the Masai Mara.
  • Drive back to our lodge for a lunch

Day 6 Giraffe Center

Giraffe Center

  • You'll have the chance to get up close and personal with the endangered Rothschild's giraffes, and even feed them by hand.

 

Maasai Market

  • You'll explore this vibrant outdoor market, where you can browse a variety of traditional Kenyan crafts, textiles, and souvenirs.

 

  • Your day in Nairobi begins with a prompt 9am pickup from your hotel.
  • After a short 30-minute drive, you'll arrive at the renowned National Museum of Kenya.
  • Spend the next two hours immersing yourself in the captivating exhibits that chronicle Kenya's rich cultural heritage, natural history, and archaeological wonders.
  • Marvel at the impressive collection of artifacts and fossils that provide a window into the country's fascinating past.
  • Next, you'll head to the vibrant Maasai Market, located just a short drive away. Spend the next 90 minutes exploring the lively stalls, filled with handcrafted souvenirs, vibrant textiles, intricate woodcarvings, and authentic Maasai jewelry.
  • Honor your bargaining skills as you interact with the friendly local artisans and find the perfect keepsakes to take home.
  • As midday approaches, you'll make your way to the charming Matbronze Café for a delightful lunch. Savor the flavors of Kenyan cuisine in a serene setting, surrounded by the café's stunning bronze sculptures and tranquil gardens.
  • After lunch, your journey continues with a visit to the renowned Giraffe Center. Spend the next hour in the company of these graceful giants, learning about conservation efforts and even getting the chance to hand- feed the giraffes.
  • As the afternoon winds down, you'll return to your hotel to refresh and prepare for your final dining experience of the day.
  • Tonight, you'll indulge in a feast at the renowned Carnivore Restaurant, often referred to a s the "Best Restaurant in Nairobi." Savor an array of expertly grilled meats, accompanied by a selection of delectable side dishes and a lively atmosphere that celebrates the vibrant spirit of Kenya.
