Terms and Conditions (the "terms and conditions") apply to the use of the site. By using this site, you signify that you unconditionally agree and accept to be legally bound by the Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of the Terms and Conditions, you must not use this site. If you are accessing our site or initiating transactions on our site, you will be deemed to have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions & the Privacy Policy.


    All information specified in this website is based on information available at the time of publication. We reserve the right to change any information before and after transactions that should occur due to events beyond our control.


    The booking with Navy Land is made

    1. you accept our quotation or travel proposal, price and itinerary published in the website.

    2. you pay the specified non-refundable initial booking deposit or full payment of the tour –if travel date is within time limit

      We have the right at any time, for any reason, to terminate the contract or decline confirmation of your booking and return your deposit as per our sole discretion at any time before tour without assigning reason whatsoever. Please read carefully and understand the contents of the tour brochure/itinerary, terms and conditions.

      On making the booking, the first named person on the booking has

      1. the authority to and agrees on behalf of all the person/s detailed on the booking to represent;

      2. acknowledges to read these Booking Conditions;

      3. consents to use of their personal data relevant to completion of details for the tour;

      4. and accepts financial responsibility for payment of the booking on behalf of person/s named in the booking in totality. Unused bookings will not be carried forward to the next calendar year.


    It is important to adhere to the stated payment policy below to ensure that all aspects of the client’s Tour Package (i.e. tickets, hotels, etc.) are blocked and confirmed. Failure to follow this policy will forfeit initial payments made. The initial payment with serve as the traveler’s confirmation of the package. This will allow us to block the hotel and flight tickets. It is also very important to note that full payment of the entire package cost should be done 30 days before departure. In cases wherein, the Tour Package was availed and confirmed within 30 days of the tour, 100% of the tour cost should be given as initial payment

    All prices displayed are per person on local currency -UAE Dirham. We honor and accept Visa and Master Card for credit card payments. Please be informed, however, that we do not process card payments over the phone due to security reasons. All payment should be done through our website.


    Your booking reservation with Navy Land shall be confirmed on receipt of the non-refundable deposit which may vary depending on the type of your desired tour service. Full payments will be due prior to departure dates no later than the period.



    Should the traveler wish to cancel their tour, they must notify Navy Land in writing. Such notification shall be deemed to have been given to us only on that date of the receipt of the client's letter/email since we can act only on receipt of the same. The reason must be stated for. Cancellation will be as per the cancellation policy mentioned in the table and any refund will be processed after deducting from the main tour cost (flights

    /hotels, if applicable), insurance charge and any other cost that Navy Land has incurred towards handling the booking. If a client is unable to travel on the tour originally booked by him, due to rejection of visas by the concerned embassy, the management may in its discretion offer the client an option to postpone his tour arrangement at another available date or change his tour arrangement in totality. The changes to be made in this instance is subject to supplemental charges as applicable. In case the traveler refuses to decide for another travel arrangement, the cancellation policy schedule will apply as necessary.

    Many countries require that foreign nationals entering hold a passport with at least six (6) months validity remaining. We will supply this information as well as other related information in good faith; and should be treated as a guideline only. Travelers are responsible for ensuring that they have the proper travel documents and MUST CHECK with the respective consulate(s) or visa agency to determine whether any visas or passports are required. In case the clients need visa, we can assist for visa application.

    Granting or rejecting visas and immigration clearance is the sole prerogative of the concerned sovereign governments. We will neither be responsible in case of non-granting of such documents nor liable for any delay, denial or other related act/omission or any loss, expense, damage or cost resulting therefrom. The cost of processing visas is not included in the tour price unless stated otherwise. A refund is not applicable should the client be unable to travel due to the above reasons. The cancellation policy will be applied as necessary.


    Any tour booked have cancellation and refund policies depends on the package amount and cancellation notice period. In exceptional circumstances, Management may consider a package transfer to another person at no cost. However, the traveler who wish to cancel the tour have to look for his/her replacement.


    Travelers are responsible for ensuring they possess valid passports, visas, and other required travel documents. Navy Land is not liable for any expenses or denied entry resulting from inadequate or expired travel documents.


    Navy Land shall not be held liable for any delays, losses, injuries, damages, or disruptions incurred during the trip that are beyond their control, including but not limited to acts of nature, political unrest, strikes, or transportation disruptions.


    It is strongly recommended that travelers obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover medical expenses, trip cancellation, lost baggage, and other coverage for the package.


    Certain activities or excursions included in the travel package may involve inherent risks. Travelers acknowledge and assume all risks associated with participating in such activities and release the travel agency from any liability in case of accidents, injuries, or damages.


    Any disputes arising from the travel package shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Navy Land is registered.


    Navyland have reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

§ Hotel Accommodation

4-star hotel accommodation. We have selected hotels which are comfortable and convenient. The hotels will either be those shown in the itinerary or similar category. However, there will be cases wherein the hotel will be located outside the city. Due to prevailing weather conditions in Europe, most of the hotels do not have air-conditioners or fans. Maximum occupancy in Double room is 2-persons, wherein in some countries the double room would consist of two (2) twin beds put together. It is also important to note that we will ensure that the hotel operates as per the applicable hotel standards in the country of origin. The travelers' accommodation will be based on twin sharing basis if they wish to travel single then there will be an additional surcharge and have to advise us in advance.

§ Flight Tickets*

Economy class ticket. Baggage allowances and fees vary by airline. If baggage fees (eg. Over baggage) do apply, this cost will be additional and must be paid directly to the airline.

In all cases, unless additional time is required by the airline, it is important to arrive at the airport at least 90 minutes prior to departure for domestic flights and three hours prior to departure for international flights. Latecomers may lose their assigned seat or be denied boarding at their own expense. We are operated as group seating. Airline will allocate the seating as per the availability for the tour group. When making an airline reservation, the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) requires the collection of your date of birth, gender and full name as it appears on the government-issued photo identification you'll use when traveling. Failure to provide this information will prohibit a ticket from being issued and may result in the cancellation of airline reservations.

§ Meal Preference

There is a pre-set menu for meals depending on the tour program. Packed meals are served at some places. We reserve the right to change the menu and arrangements of the meals. Specific meal preferences (e.g vegetarian, allergies, etc) can be made on request basis, if any. Please advise us in advance

§ Transportation & Sightseeing

The package includes all local transport as specified on the itinerary. For some instance, we may change the sequence of the tour as long as we include all the sightseeing as in the program. In cases where a program is changed, an activity removed will be substituted with an alternative activity.
