Navy Gym | AYAZ

I am training to be healthy and fit.
Since I joined Seals, I lost weight and besides that my social skills are pretty much improved.
I am happy to wear my favorite Shirt and can face anyone
My biggest obstacles are all about priorities, to balance my time going to the gym and work.
– What keeps you going is that I believe that Health is wealth!

It’s hard to put into words just how much I love training.
As someone who started their fitness journey after struggling to complete a small hike in Hatta, I never imagined that I would one day be able to lift heavy weights
or within a year conquer one of the highest mountains in the world, mount Kilimanjaro.
But that’s exactly what I have achieved since I joined Navy Seals.
Not only have I seen significant improvements in my physical fitness, but my day-
to-day life has also been impacted and I feel like I have more energy, focus, and confidence than ever before.
Of course, there have been obstacles along the way, such as self-doubt and limiting beliefs that have made me question my abilities. But what keeps me going is the sense of community and support that I have found within Navy. I am constantly inspired by the amazing athletes around me who are pushing themselves to new heights and encouraging me to do the same. Whether I am struggling through a difficult workout or celebrating a personal best, I know that I am never alone and that I have a whole team of people cheering me on.
If I had to choose one word to describe my experience, it would be “empowering.” Navy seals community has empowered me to be the best version of myself, both physically and mentally. I am grateful for every moment of this journey, and I can’t wait to see what the future holds.

So basically, I’ve been working out for a while now, but I realized that I was just wandering around without really knowing what I was doing.
But things changed for me when I joined the Navy Seals two years ago – that’s when my proper fitness journey started. I love training with the Navy Seals/CrossFit because it’s always a challenge, and I get to learn new skills. Plus, I have an awesome team that I work out with. Ever since I joined the Navy, I’ve experienced
significant changes in my life.
I’ve achieved a lot since starting the course – not just in terms of my physique, but also my mental state. Working out with positive and like-minded people at the gym has really helped.
Biggest obstacle would be upgrading myself from where I am today. To reach up to the level of the people whom I look up to in terms of skills, techniques and ability.
What keeps me going is the thrill of trying out new things and learning new skills. Plus, I have an amazing team and coach who make it all worthwhile.
If I had to describe my fitness journey in one word, it would be “transformative”. It’s not just about changing my body – it’s about gaining confidence, discipline, and a sense of purpose that has positively impacted all areas of my life.

My fitness journey started after the birth of my first son.
I started training alone at home, and joined a gym for a short time.
I found it difficult to motivate myself to go to the gym and I didn’t particularly like the crowd or environment.
In 2021 I met Navy and joined their overseas trip to Georgia.
It was a life changing experience for me and I discovered a love for the outdoors
and fitness in general.
When we returned from Georgia I continued my journey with Navy attending hikes in the UAE and their free bootcamps in Dubai. Being more active made me feel healthier and better about myself. Wanting something more structured and
disciplined I joined the
Navy Seals, which can be intense but delivers noticeable results.
This month, April 2023 I complete my one-year anniversary with the Navy Seals,
and it’s one of the best decisions I have ever made

6 years back, I started facing health issues like hypertension, high level cholesterol, high levels of liver enzymes and lately was diagnosed as PRE- DIABETIC.
At the age of 44 I had decided to have an extreme makeover where I had started my fitness journey.
I joined the training courses by first week of January, 2023 and at the beginning I felt so tired and I was looking for excuses not to attend the training sessions but my special life partner kept motivating me and dragged me to attend the training sessions 😊
This is beside the motivation and positive energy found in Navy DXB.
Since than, my day-to-day life has changed with improvements in my mental health, I had better sleep quality , I stopped snoring 😴 and feeling fresh all the time 😊
Today and since I joined the courses and in addition to previous improvements, I had achieved most of my goals and welling to achieve more and more, in 3 months time:
– I had lost 12kg of weight – I gained a new smart look
– I am now diabetic free – Cholesterol free
– Better liver functions and stable enzymes
And one of the most amazing results, my blood pressure (hypertension) was
improved, reduced the medication dose and will quit the medication soon 😊 Discipline and commitment were essential for a better life.
Navy DXB is a wonderful world that encourages to keep going .
It’s all about believing in yourself and abilities “Thoughts become things so be careful of what you think” and “Today is a Good Day”
“I Love what I see, I see what I Love”
