What will I get out of this course?

The Navy Seals courses are designed to develop each athlete mentally and physically. The course will give each athlete the education and knowledge they need to be able to achieve and maintain the healthiest lifestyle they can.

Navy Seals will teach you; Macro & Micronutrient requirements for your goals, Correct Gym Techniques, Training systems, Anatomy & Physiology, Components of Fitness & how to train to develop these areas.

Participating in the Navy Seals courses will give you, as an athlete, the confidence to feel comfortable and Independent in any gym environment. You will be taught the correct techniques and movements, along with different training systems & methods. Choosing to grow with the Navy Seals you are given the opportunity to investigate types of training for, Endurance & Stamina, Strength & Conditioning, Speed & Power along with all the fundamental fitness components.
